Amazon Softline Tenant Improvement

Project Softline encompassed various enhancements ranging from foundations for new mezzanines and dock pits to removing and reconfiguring existing structures. This undertaking also included extensive concrete paving and the addition of a guardhouse.

Project Highlights

Construction Details: The project featured new foundations for mezzanines, an elevator pit, VRC foundations, and additional dock pits, as well as the removal of existing dock pits. It also involved tearing out and replacing a slab to accommodate a new office area.
Additional Infrastructure: The development incorporated a tilt-up guardhouse and a large-scale concrete paving replacement of over 500k sq ft.
